1. basuh & rendam kcg semalaman atau smpai kcg kembang

2. buangkan kulit yg trtggl

3. msukkn sket kcg dlm blender. blend smpai halus

4. tapis dlm periuk gne kain kasa. kalo xde gne cre aku, gne spu tgn yg x bpe tebal sgt...hehe

5. perah smpai tggl serdak yg kering. perah sume air yg da blend td.

6. msk air td dlm periuk ngan api yg kcik. tmbah air, daun pandan utk pewangi, halia utk kurgkan angin, gula scukup rse

7. msk smpai mendidih jgn hangit . jgn bg air tu menggelegak plak ye...
